The candidate shall work with our group of administrators to provide administrative support.
Attend to phone calls, including enquiries on Sage 50 accounting software.
Candidates can earn 3% sales incentive for closing sales.
Prepare documents relating to audit, accounting, secretarial & tax.
Online submission to authorities (IRAS, ACRA, etc.)
Prepare quotation and invoicing.
Arrange courier of documents to or from clients office.
Data entry for accounting.
Requirements:
At least one year working experience in administrative work.
This position requires the candidates to have good PC & software skills (mainly MS Word & Excel, OneDrive and Internet transactions).
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
This position provides wide job exposure in enhancing your work experience.
Candidates must be keen to learn, meticulous, independent, as well as team player and be prompt in following up on assigned work.
Diploma and 'A' Level holders can apply.
