Job Description
Direct Search Global is working with a fast-growing Private-Equity Firm to fill a role of Junior Associate, Investment to be based in their Singapore office.
Job Responsibilities: * Conduct macro-level industry research and quantitative analysis to support portfolio construction.
- Assist the team/stakeholders in making informed decisions on investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos and perform finance modelling and due diligence.
- Assist in managing external meetings.
- Monitor current investment.
- Compile performance data and perform portfolio analysis and benchmarking.
- Review and communicate effectively with the management about the current investment portfolio and performance.
- Responsible for investment transactions execution, including prepare investment memorandums, conduct due diligence, coordinate with external advisors, and assist in negotiation and closing processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reports/documentation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly analytical, strategic, and intellectually curious.
- Keen eye for details and self-starter.
- Team player and willing to learn.
- Strong writing and problem-solving skills.
