Responsibilities:
Assist in dough preparation, shaping, and baking
Follow recipes and maintain consistency and quality
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene standards
Support senior bakers with daily tasks
Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of baking is an advantage but not required
Able to work early morning shifts and weekends
Team player with good communication skills
