Texere Advisors is an international team of business professionals operating as an extension of its clients' HQ to provide fast access to new markets in an efficient and cost-effective way, and to design and implement Commercial, Marketing, Promotional strategies and operations. About the brand: the Italian brand is keen to develop its retail and contract business in Asia and has appointed Texere Advisors to conceive and implement a suitable business and marketing strategy to increase its sales and brand awareness. Geography includes India, South East Asia and North East Asia excluding Hong Kong and Korea. About the job: Texere Advisors is therefore looking for a young and dynamic professional looking for an entreprenerial and exciting challenge, that is developing, under the supervision of the Sales Partner, a retail network for the brand in the a.m. geography by appointing suitable distributors and dealers, and develop a valuable network with other stakeholders (landlords, design studios, architect studios and contractors) to ensure maximum contract opportunities in hospitality and related projects. The candidate shall also implement, under the supervision of the Marketing Partner, a suitable and effective marketing plan in coordination with appointed distributors and according to the brand's guidelines. Candidate profile: the ideal candidate shall have excellent commercial and negotiation skills, be proficient in English and Chinese languages, have a strong entrepreunerial and problem-solving attitude, be sociable and with a passion for interiors and design. Travelling is required extensively in the region, and in Italy to visit the HQ and the Salone del Mobile in Milan once or twice a year.
