This position will be with ADMIS Singapore Pte. Limited. We are a futures broker who provide comprehensive brokerage services to our clients supported by a network of well established affiliated brokers in the United States and United Kingdom. Located in Singapore, ADMIS is a Trading Member of Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading Limited and Clearing Member of the Singapore Exchange Derivatives Clearing Limited. ADMIS Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADM (NYSE: ADM). Your Responsibilities Conduct compliance reviews and surveillance on customers' trades. Review customer due diligence documentation performed by client services for customer onboarding and periodic review. Perform follow up on external and internal audit observations. Assist with the maintenance and update of company policies. Assist head of department to identify compliance trend, areas of concerns and regulatory updates. Assist head of department with ad-hoc projects. Your Profile Possess the relevant Bachelor degree or Polytechnic qualification. You are analytical, and pay attention to details. Remain independent when performing your work. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are open to change. You are a committed and team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course. Having any one of the following would be an advantage: knowledge of key applicable regulations such as the Securities & Futures Act, and subsidiary regulations, AML/CFT regulations and SGX Futures Rules or experience in the financial industry.
