Being a Credit Controller, you will be in charge of conducting credit checks on new customers, resolving problems in relation to invoice payments, and reconciling complex month-end accounts. You must also report to management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential debtor problems. Job Responsibilities . Serve as window for communicating with Singapore local and overseas customers, maintaining the right and proper study of customer business. . Perform analysis of customer's Financial Statement to complete the customer's KYC. . Following the company credit policy to submit documents required for Due Diligence, order application and payment application etc. . Having junior comments for submitted application credit level. . Assist in the preparation of necessary marketing report. . Chase payment statement of each outstanding and have a junior opinion of customer cash flow trends. Any worse trends should follow the collection SOP. . Having outlook of customer industries, business to find good or bad signal. Job Requirements . Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Management or related field from a reputable university. . At least 2 years of strong working experiences in the related field. . Possess of CFA or FRM certification will be advantageous. . Thorough understanding of the business or organization's goals and values. . Proficient in computer, data entry and MS Office skills. . Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. . Paying strong attention to details and organization. . Experience working with credit insurance policies. . Bilingual in English and Mandarin as job requires Candidate to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders and clients.
