Job description- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.- Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.- Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.- Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services.- Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.- Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.- May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.- 1 year related IT support experience.- Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pmJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per monthSchedule:
