Junior Desktop Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.
  • Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
  • Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
  • Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred
  • Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
  • Support queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services.
  • Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
  • Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
  • May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
  • Minimum 1 year related IT support experience.
Contract Type : 12 Months Salary : SGD2,200 to SGD2,800 Location : West, Central, Tai Seng Working Hours : Office Hours Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm Commencement : Immediate
