Junior Desktop Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities
Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.
Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred
Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
Support queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services.
Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
Minimum 1 year related IT support experience.
Contract Type : 12 Months Salary : SGD2,200 to SGD2,800 Location : West, Central, Tai Seng Working Hours : Office Hours Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm Commencement : Immediate
