Roles & Responsibilities - Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services. - Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues. - Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components. - Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred - Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc. - Support queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services. - Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service. - Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh. - May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements. - Minimum 1 year related IT support experience. - Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pm - Salary: S$2200 - S$2800 - Location: West, Central, Tai Seng Job Types: Full-time, Contract
