Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Be part of one of team in AR/AP or Fixed Assets team to monitor and follow up with different entities and customers

\xc2\xb7 Verify supplier invoices and payment requests

\xc2\xb7 Fixed Assets - co-ordinate and plan Asset Verification Exercise (AVE), assist asset transfer and other FA related duties

• Liaise with internal users and external vendors to resolve AR/AP inquiries.
• Create vendor/customer master records

\xc2\xb7 Issuance of Billings/Invoices and Credit/Debit note

• Prepare reconciliation for statement of accounts and balance sheet account.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with internal/external stakeholders on any billing/invoices discrepancies

\xc2\xb7 Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Accountancy with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience

\xc2\xb7 Training will be provided

\xc2\xb7 Experiences in a shared services environment is advantage

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft office applications and preferable with SAP knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, organized, able to multi-task and delivery results under tight timelines

\xc2\xb7 Singaporeans only

\xc2\xb7 Contract for 7months

Working hours: Mon - Thu: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Location: Near Buona Vista MRT station

Job Type: Contract for 7 months
