MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand warehouse operation activities managed by our Bollore our 3PL (3rd Party Logistics).
- Lead and manage 3PL in warehouse activities to achieve consistent and high-level productivity and performance.
- Work on disposal of non-movement and slow mover SKUs to maintain a LEAN warehouse.
- Work with 3PL and Planners on the management of SKUs with different packing unit and wrong use-by-dates.
- Conduct monthly analysis on different packing unit SKU data and update in system.
- Follow-up on incoming pilferage and damaged goods shipments settlement.
- Attend to weekly litigation cases towards settlement with solution implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
- Participate in annual stock take.
- Attend to alternate day morning workload meeting and link up with 3PL and Customer Service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure high accuracy level on inventory throughout.
- Work on monthly reports link to storage occupancy, safety, stock data management and improvement projects.
- Assist the Manager in the continuous improvement processes.
- Diploma/Degree qualification
- Understands supply chain process
- Conscientious, able to work in a fast-moving environment
- Results and action oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Query and Power BI are a plus)
- Familiar with office 365 (SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
