The Jr. Ops Executive is to maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor at all times. They are to be responsible individuals who are punctual, follow instructions given by the Supervisor closely and possess a strong teamwork ethic and are able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
General Duties and Administrative Duties
The Jr. Ops Executive is groomed according to the company's standards.
The Jr. Ops Executive must familiarize themselves with the iPad ordering system.
Familiarize themselves with the day's floor-plans according to the day's reservations.
Must be totally familiar with the food and beverage menu of the outlet.
Pre-Operational Duties
Set up the Bar according to the Daily opening checklist that includes cleaning duties, topping up beers and ensure that the bar is ready for operations (checklist to be found at respective outlets)
Operational Duties
Maintain a pleasant disposition when fronting the guests and tenants.
Ensure that guests are of legal drinking age if in doubt.
To be knowledgeable on the IPAD cashier system.
Provide answers to queries by the guests regarding bands and promotions offered by the bar and tenant's menu.
Clear empty glasses at the bar when the customer is done.
Maintain bar top cleanliness for the customers comfort.
Notify Supervisors/Managers of any incident with customers, which may require immediate attention.
To perform ad hoc duties according to outlets.
Always provide extra mile service
Post-Operational Duties
Performing closing duties according to the Daily closing checklist and includes cleaning duties, topping up beers, keeping the menus and other ad hoc duties specific to the outlet.
