Operations Executive

typically oversees the daily operations of the Greybox Coffee outlets, ensuring that it runs efficiently and smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing the daily operations of a food court, ensuring a high standard of coffee and hot meals, service, hygiene, and customer service. The role involves coordinating with Senior Management, Outlet Managers, Trainers, Baristas and other internal stakeholders. He or she must be able to maintain operational efficiency across all outlets, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Greybox Coffee outlets Ensure all food stalls adhere to operational standards and guidelines Monitor and optimise workflow to enhance customer experience Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality Liaise with Outlets' management to address their needs and concerns Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of necessary item and ensure suppliers comply with contractual agreements and deliver in accordance to agreed standards Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards Manage inventory levels of coffee supplies in outlets and equipment Monitor stock usage and implement cost control measures Supervise and train junior baristas and other newly joined employees involved in outlet operations Schedule shifts and manage workforce to ensure adequate coverage Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback Prepare and submit operational reports to management

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field Prior experience in cafe operations, preferably in a supervisory role with experience management more than 3 outlets. * Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting
