Overview of Role
The position reports to the Chief of Operations and will be part of the Operations team. She or he will ensure that scheduling and day-to-day operations are running smoothly and that any problems are flagged at an early stage to minimize costs.
Main Responsibilities
Negotiating documents of documentary letter of credits
Issue invoices
Process incoming invoices
Generation of documents required against Letters of Credit
Assist with KYC and counterparty registration
Consolidating tender invitation, sending reminders to respective Trading Desks and recording all bids/offers/information known
