Key Responsibilities
Support Senior Management in full spectrum of secretarial works
Manage Senior Manager\xe2\x80\x99s calendar, coordinate and scheduling for internal and external meetings and appointment.
Arrange travel arrangements and accommodation
Taking Minutes of Meeting.
Negotiate with vendor for best value deal
Planning and organising events
Handling calls and correspondences
Basic book-keeping, maintain cash book
Filing of documents
Perform any administrative works as per assigned
Execute with all insurance related-matters
Requirement
Min 2 yrs experience
Able to liaise with both English & Mandarin customer
Good written and spoken communication skills
Detail oriented, organized and can manage several projects simultaneously
Efficient time management
You will play an important role in helping Poh Wah Group achieve our vision.
