Job Description

Key Job Accountabilities:
Due to continuous business growth, a passionate finance professional is needed for our Commercial Finance team. He/she will be our pricing expert, focusing on our product pricing validation and strategies for the Travel Retail Asia Pacific business.

• Monitor the pricing compliance policy of the company
• Perform quantitative analysis of financial impact resulting from the change of price margins and multi-currencies conditions
• Work closely with marketing and commercial teams on launches & other pricing related matters
• Monitor exchange rate fluctuation & its potential impact
• Take ownership of product pricing for Asia Pacific markets
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Key Skills: Plan and Analyze Business Performance

• Anticipates and identifies opportunities, risks, and solutions to maintain a reasonable price corridor within Asia Pacific markets
• Pro-actively provides recommendations to brand team following group strategic direction
• Calculates and interprets financial results

Efficient Use of Reporting and Consolidation (Finance)

• Ensures financial reporting is aligned with the Group's standards

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 1-3 years of finance (accounting & analysis) experience gained from MNCs, exposure to product pricing / FMCG would be advantageous
• Numerate & has a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Demonstrates analytical and logical mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good ability to be a finance partner in business
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• Working knowledge of internal systems (e.g. SAP, Compass) would be an advantage
