Assist in systems costing and estimation, including quantity take-offs from tender drawings and technical specifications
Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender submission documents, and any related technical proposals
Support pre-contract cost management, pricing, and sourcing subcontractors.
Track cost control, assist in variation order (VO) pricing, and support progress claims and final accounts.
Collaborate with AV engineers, project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate commercial documentation.
Maintain tender documentation and support the tendering process, possibly including Singapore platforms like e?GBiz
Requirements
:
Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor
At least 1 years of relevant QS experience
Experience in ELV/ M&E/ CCTV/ Security system will be added advantage
