Junior Secretary / Personal Assistant

Job Description

:

  • Provide secretarial and daily support to senior management
  • Managing CEO calendaring, scheduling of appointment and acting as a gatekeeping and assignment of schedules
  • Compile and prepare correspondences, reports, minutes and materials for meetings where necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare, submit, and keep track of expense reimbursements
  • Copy writing and other administration duties
  • Maintain effective relationships and communications with other departments
  • Supporting marketing / bd team in sourcing for business collaboration and manage events planning if needed
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
  • Min 4 years of related secretarial/ PA experience
  • Experience supporting Marketing / Business Development / Events management is an added advantage
