Role and Responsibilities: Secretarial Support . Handling daily secretary duties in support and reporting directly to the CIO. . Manage an active calendar of appointments, schedule meetings and appointments. . Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner. . Handle visiting guests for the company which includes security access/passes. . Organize company events and activities when required. . Other secretarial functions including but not limited to organizing mail and correspondence, filing, managing bills and expense claims, and taking meeting minutes.Administrative . Provide operational support at office. . Manage office inventories and mail support. . Overseeing maintenance of office facilities and equipment. . Participate in SGH activities such as contract tracing and hospital decontamination support. . Provide administrative support to CIO team and secondary reporting team members. . Provide administrative support for IT Asset verification for IT Cost Centre. . Support to raise PR and PO where necessary. . Provide Business Continuity Management (BCM) Administrative support (eg. call tree). . Assist and manage any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.Requirements / Qualifications: . At least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business, Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. . Minimum 2 years' experience in secretarial support to CIO or equivalent level. . Meticulous and has an eye for details. . Experience in written report or meetings is an advantage. . Strong communication skills with the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with people at all levels. . Ability to multitask . Possess good & strong secretarial & administrative skills.
