Job Description


  • Support Executive Director and Management Team daily routine commitment.
  • Documents preparation & filing.
  • Hosting Guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Positive working attitude, self-disciplined and a team player.
  • N/O levels, Diploma.
  • Fast respond time.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Able to work under stress.
  • Excellent customer service with PR skills.
  • At least 1-2yrs relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ex-Cabin Crew, Captain or Service Managers in hotels or restaurants will be an advantage.
  • Able to stand alone in the absence of the existing PA.
