Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting venues
Organize events (i.e. coordinate with caterer, RSVP with guests, AOM)
Coordinate on festive seasons gifts and deliveries
Book meeting rooms, set up video conference/conference calls
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Make and confirm travel arrangements (i.e. booking of flight tickets, hotel and logistics)
Maintain confidential files/records
Coordinate with drivers for assignments
Assist executives with project tasks
Other duties as deemed appropriate for Junior Secretary
Skills and requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Meticulous and flexibility to work outside regular hours for events and meetings
Proficient in MS Office
