Job Description


Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Management Staff in a Manufacturing company

  • Manage the calendar for Management Staff which includes calls, meeting appointments and running errands
  • Handle all travel booking, accommodation and arrangements
  • Admin documentation and filing duties for the department
  • Photocopying, filing and storing the Company documents in a neat and tidy order
  • Ordering of stationery and other office supplies
  • Collecting and distributing incoming post and deliveries
  • Support any other Company / department projects or ad-hoc admin duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in performing secretarial duties
  • Strong admin support profile and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, resourceful and good at multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in the Manufacturing industry is a plus
