What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting our experienced lawyers with real estate transactions. Preparing, organizing, and managing legal documents with precision. Handling filing, scanning, and other document management tasks. Managing phone calls, confidential correspondence, and client information. Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments for the lawyer. Taking care of essential administrative tasks like data entry, photocopying, and faxing. Assisting with additional ad hoc duties as required.
