Junior Social Media Specialist (24/7 Team)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Daily maintenance and monitoring of client's social media channels adhering to a provided strict guideline
Administrate the publishing and publishing schedule of original, high-quality content for specific social media channels
Quality assurance of published posts across desktop and mobile environments
Reporting, and use of reporting platforms (e.g.: Jira, Zeus Core), for task monitoring
Work closely with a team member at all levels across the organization
Stay up to date with changes in all social media platform ensuring maximum efficiency
Create and maintain process documentation
All other duties as assigned by the lead/manager
Must actively take part on trainings, daily calls, monthly meetings, set by the team lead/counterparts
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism, Broadcasting and the like
Has working knowledge of using Social Media channels
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proactive and can work with minimal supervision
Strong consistency and attention to details
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to adapt in handling social media publication and other tasks remotely
Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic - must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
Able to work in a distributed/remote and collaborative global team environment
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays included
