Supervise all culinary crew, ensure all culinary staff practice good personal hygienic practices, compliance to food safety and workplace safety requirements
Assist in preparation and food service of food to customer
Maintain a cheerful smile when interacting with customer
Facilities effective communication and team engagement in kitchen
Lead the team and ensure the kitchen runs smoothy at all the times
Execute team work and contribute to cook house and zone performance
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in house training ( where relevant)
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Professional representative of the company through personal conduct and appearance
