Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Complex Centralized Kitchen Operation, ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, and food are serve in top quality according to SOP.
  • Supervise all culinary crew, ensure all culinary staff practice good personal hygienic practices, compliance to food safety and workplace safety requirements
  • Assist in preparation and food service of food to customer
  • Maintain a cheerful smile when interacting with customer
  • Facilities effective communication and team engagement in kitchen
  • Lead the team and ensure the kitchen runs smoothy at all the times
  • Execute team work and contribute to cook house and zone performance
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in house training ( where relevant)
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Professional representative of the company through personal conduct and appearance
Requirements
  • Good practise in personal hygiene
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight time schedule
