Job Description

Assist the Head Chef in preparing dishes and maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen.


Candidate must have a passion and talent in culinery. Able to work well within a Team and be versatile and consistent in their meal preparations.





Having a specialty in Western Cuisine as well as ablity to prepare Local Cuisine will be a bonus.

We serve a wide variety of quality international cuisine from KOPA Charcoal Oven grilled meats, seafood, pastas, unique speciality burgers and delectable tapas with an extensive selection of freshly roasted Italian Coffees and European Teas, Turkish Baklava & Ice Cream and an awesome selection of Beers, Wines, Cocktails, Whiskies and Spirits.
