We are a modern Asian restaurant looking for an experienced and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting the head chef in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will also be responsible for supervising and training other kitchen staff, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen, able to work well under pressure, and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
