Job Description

& RequirementsResponsibilities:

  • Work with the GM to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant's policy and vision
  • Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required
  • Cook and prepare high quality dishes
  • Supervise all kitchen stations
  • Supervise, motivate and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
  • Ensure good quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
  • Assist with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • Discover talented chefs and train them in order to reach higher standards
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of F&B or relevant experience
  • Salary commensurate with experience
