Work with the GM to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant's policy and vision
Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required
Cook and prepare high quality dishes
Supervise all kitchen stations
Supervise, motivate and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Ensure good quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
Assist with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Discover talented chefs and train them in order to reach higher standards
Requirements:
At least 1 year of F&B or relevant experience
Salary commensurate with experience
