Job Description

Christian Bassett is recruiting a Junior Store Project Manager for a leading men\xe2\x80\x99s European ready to wear luxury fashion company.

• Reports hierarchically to Head of Store Planning Manager Asia Pacific (non GCR Markets)

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Realizes projects of approved new stores, by managing all the activities needed from the design opening of new point of sales, by performing activities in person as well as by coordinating internal and external partners, consistently with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s image and business goals, in coherence with approved budget.

• Area covered: South East Asia, Oceania, India, South Korea, Japan.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Store Planning Manager in budget control, project timing and quality check;

• Support Store Planning Manager in the selection of supply sources and negotiate terms and contracts;

• Support Store Planning Manager in the coordination of all external contributors of the project, from executive drawing\xe2\x80\x99s architect to the local architects, from general contractors to all suppliers, in accordance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s General Agreements;

• Responsibility for the correct progress of the schedule and on-site works with periodical site visits and meetings;

• Executes technical activities in order to maintain the existing stores in compliance with local and corporate requirements in coherence with approved budget.

• Autocad, Photoshop, MS Project Knowledge, Office suite;

Key Experiences

• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus;

Education

• University degree with specialization in architecture or engineer

Languages

• Fluent English as a must, other languages a plus

Travel requirements

• Availability to business travel
