Job Description

A luxury beauty/personal care brand client is looking for an experienced SEA Store Project Manager to join its Singapore office.Reporting to the regional head of division, this individual contributor role will manage the South-east Asia retail store projects and special projects/events, achieving on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery.Note: this is a confidential search, as such, the luxury beauty/personal care brand client name will not be discussed at the initial stage of conversationKey responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retail store projects in SEA countries, including CAPEX budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, construction, merchandising, and retail operations
• Oversee vendor relationships (architects, contractors, etc) and ensure on-time, on-budget and on-brand delivery
• Develop and implement project plans using established project management methodologies
• Manage project risks and identify and implement mitigation strategies
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail stores project management (luxury would be highly advantageous)
• Strong understanding of retail/beauty store construction and renovation processes
• Proven track record of delivering retail store projects on time, on budget, on brand
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
