Requirements: 0 to 3 years of diverse experience in Information Technology with proficiency in Testing and Quality control - Experience in analyzing the business user requirement specifications and user requirements Good knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Testing, Methods like Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall testing methodologies. Perform GUI, Regression, Functional, Integration, System, User Acceptance, Black Box, Performance, Stress, Reliability and Compatibility testing. Can be Trained or Experience with QA Methodology and QA Validations to ensure the Quality Assurance Control. . Extensive knowledge in User interface, Business Requirement Analysis, Test Plan and Strategy Formulation. Knowledge in Microsoft testing suits like Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Test Manager, Windows Test Technology and Product Studio will be a plus. Preparing Traceability matrix to ensure the coverage of all the requirements. Preparing the SQL queries for Data validation and Data Flow Preparing Test Plans in Analyzing Business specs, and Test cases, Executing Test cases, converting the Test Cases to Automation Scripts for Regression Suites Versatile team player with excellent Leadership, Analytical, Problem solving, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
