Junior Training Supervisor

Job Description
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for future career path.
- Build weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual training program and prepare teaching plans(company culture).
- Develop the production of handouts, instructional materials aids and manuals.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs.
- Report data analysis periodically and provide suggestions.
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
- Handled large-scale training experiences will be prioritized.
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Adequate knowledge of Learning Management Software.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods ,tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Learning Principles.
- Proficiency in MS office and in database software.
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI.
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Master's (Required)
- Training: 2 years (Required)
