Job Scope:
- Assist in the daily planning of the companys boat launch schedule.
- Aid in coordinating the launch arrangements for all internal staff members, including making arrangements with external vendors.
- Maintain records of launch movements to facilitate payment verification and other purposes.
- Provide support to the purchasing department in organizing logistics for the procurement of supplies, such as provisions, spare parts, and stores, using both land and sea routes.
- Verify invoices that are relevant to the job responsibilities.
- Support the purchasing department in various assigned tasks.
- Attend to assigned projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess a Higher Nitec qualification in maritime, logistics, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
- Have at least one year of experience in logistics or coordination within sales or purchasing.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, as well as demonstrate meticulousness in following through with tasks.
