Job Scope:
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist in the daily planning of the company\xe2\x80\x99s boat launch schedule.
\xe2\x80\x93 Aid in coordinating the launch arrangements for all internal staff members, including making arrangements with external vendors.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain records of launch movements to facilitate payment verification and other purposes.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide support to the purchasing department in organizing logistics for the procurement of supplies, such as provisions, spare parts, and stores, using both land and sea routes.
\xe2\x80\x93 Verify invoices that are relevant to the job responsibilities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Support the purchasing department in various assigned tasks.
\xe2\x80\x93 Attend to assigned projects and tasks.
Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess a Higher Nitec qualification in maritime, logistics, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
\xe2\x80\x93 Have at least one year of experience in logistics or coordination within sales or purchasing.
\xe2\x80\x93 Exhibit good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, as well as demonstrate meticulousness in following through with tasks.
