The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year customised programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. : This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. During the 2-year programme, You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised roles with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel Capital\xe2\x80\x99s businesses in a variety of functions: Job Rotations [Investment/Asset Management] \xe2\x80\xa2 Investment Management (Funds) \xe2\x80\xa2 Investment Management (REIT/Trust) \xe2\x80\xa2 Asset Management Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be invited to participate in stretched projects organised either by the Group or within the division you are in as part of your development. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into converted leadership programme at Keppel should you meet the enrolment criteria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate a capacity for independent thought and critical analysis, supported by exceptional analytical abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in hands-on engagement, displaying a detail-oriented approach and readiness to fully immerse oneself in the work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively present and interact with various stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick learner, capable of working autonomously, multitasking, and executing tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
