The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year customised programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. : You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised roles with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s businesses in a variety of functions which may include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Business HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Compensation & Benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning & Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourcing \xe2\x80\xa2 Talent Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Group Internal Audit \xe2\x80\xa2 Group Risk & Compliance Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be invited to participate in stretched projects organised either by the Group or within the division you are in as part of your development. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into converted leadership programme at Keppel should you meet the enrolment criteria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Arts, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to connect and engage with all level of the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate about organisation and people development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Alignment with Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s core values and operating principles.
