The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year customised programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. : This role sits within the Infrastructure Division which offers exposure to one or more of the following: industrial safety awareness, attachment to our operating commercial plant(s), and selected commercial functions to appreciate the value chains of our businesses in renewables, clean energy, decarbonisation and environmental infrastructure. This role will also be involved in our application-driven innovation and digitalisation initiatives and programmes. The division provides solutions for some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most pressing challenges through its power & gas, environment and new energy businesses by leveraging its proprietary technology, strong technical expertise and proven operating capabilities. You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised roles with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments accorss Infrastructure Division. This would give high-calibre talents the commercial exposure, industry knowledge and professional networks they will need to become Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s future leaders. The programme aims to equip you with the essential leadership and technical skills so that you can gain a head start in your career. Given Infrastructure Division\'s diverse business portfolio, you can expect to be deployed into meaningful roles that fulfill your individual career aspirations and advance our business objectives. Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be invited to participate in stretched projects organised either by the Group or within the division you are in as part of your development. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into converted leadership programme at Keppel should you meet the enrolment criteria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering, Business/Accountancy, Data Science, AI or related disciplines with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 High motivation with strong learning ability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Alignment with Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s core values and operating principles.
