The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. This role sits within the Human Resources Centralised Function. Through job rotations and cross-disciplinary assignments, you will be given exposure to at least 2 HR functions supporting across Keppels businesses globally. These may include: Business HR Compensation & Benefits Learning & Development Early Careers Talent Management HR Governance Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will also participate in stretched projects to accelerate your development. You will gain a deep understanding of the Companys people strategy and operations, build on your technical skills and knowledge and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into converted leadership programme at Keppel should you meet the criteria.
