The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. This role sits within the Human Resources Centralised Function. Through job rotations and cross-disciplinary assignments, you will be given exposure to at least 2 HR functions supporting across Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s businesses globally. These may include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Business HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Compensation & Benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning & Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Early Careers \xe2\x80\xa2 Talent Management \xe2\x80\xa2 HR Governance Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will also participate in stretched projects to accelerate your development.
