JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Living team is in charge of delivering solutions that can accompany the society and each individual as they age. We propose personalized solutions matching senior citizens' needs, by enabling them to enjoy their golden years in a safe, healthy, active, and fulfilling way.
The intern will be responsible in:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce market analysis, investment proposals, and business plans.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives and campaigns in Singapore and overseas.
- Support operating teams in setting up standards for high-quality service delivery.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the fundamentals of the Senior Living market.
- Learn how to draft and pitch business development and investment proposals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate studying a degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Fundamentals of financial analysis.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Out-of-the-box thinking mindset.
