JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel Rewards aims to build a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) ecosystem for our B2C businesses, founded on a central data and analytics hub. We spearhead data-driven customer engagement and leverage merchant offers to enhance customer value proposition. Reporting to the Head of Keppel Rewards, this intern role will be at the forefront of designing effective marketing creatives supported by market research, as well as helping to drive the merchant offers aspect to build compelling customer engagement strategies.
The intern will be responsible in:

• Conceptualize the value proposition for each potential merchant tie up, and support this with pitch decks to enable crafting and closing the deal.
• Build a sales pipeline and network of partner merchants for the group.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and best practices to drive customer engagement
• Leverage on insights developed by analytics team to design specific campaigns, that help drive key business KPIs
• Engage with different stakeholders across the Keppel business units (BUs) to identify most relevant collaborations and merchant offers for their customers as well as provide necessary support to gather merchant information (logo, offer details, images, etc.) to help BUs upload the offers into their CRM system
• Maintain and manage the merchant database, collect redemption data and/or feedback from merchants and share periodic updates with BUs on the key KPIs
• Provide support for any ad-hoc reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing
• Background in marketing & communications
• Some experience in direct sales or people management preferred (Sales assistant in retail, barista at café etc)
• Bubbly personality and “never say die” attitude
