Support end-to-end processes of Keppel Internship Programme and Keppel Management Associate Program including including shortlisting candidates, coordinating with line managers and candidates on interview sessions, as well as ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place before the candidate commences work with the organization.
Liaise with tertiary institutions for employer branding and strengthen outreach efforts to potential candidate pool
Provide inputs and assist with the review of new hires\xe2\x80\x99 onboarding to enhance employee experience.
Conceptualise engaging activities for employees (e.g. CSR activities, events to celebrate festive occasions) and relevant marketing efforts
Other ad-hoc duties and task assigned by team.

Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as excel and powerpoint.
Ability to craft effective employee communication materials.
Project management and interpersonal skills through planning and implementing various initiatives.
Ability to develop employee engagement and well-being initiatives that are aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and promote a healthy and productive workforce.
