Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel Enterprise Services (KENS) is the IT Centre of Excellence for Keppel Group. This role sits in the IT Governance and Risk team, and you will be at the forefront of IT Governance, IT Risk and IT Compliance for the Group.
The intern will be responsible in:
- Assist in operationalise the Technology Policies such as Policy Management, Communication, and Deviation Management.
- Assist in Technology Risk Management including Cloud Assessment and Project Risk Management.
- Assist in IT Compliance process such as Audit Finding Analysis and Compliance Control Program.
- Assist in implementing various automation initiative for current process such as chat bot, e-checklist, etc.
Learning outcomes
- Learn about IT Governance function in an enterprise environment
- Learn about policies compliance and technology risk management, etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in one of the following disciplines: IT/Information Security/Business IT/Computer Science & Business/Computer Engineering & Business/
- Experience in Cyber Security and/or Data Governance
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint
