JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel Infrastructure (KI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Corporation, a Singapore flagship multinational company providing solutions for sustainable urbanisation. The internship at Keppel Infrastructure includes exposure to one or more of the following: industrial safety awareness, attachment to our operating commercial plant(s), and selected corporate functions to appreciate the industry value chains and our multi-faceted businesses. The intern will also be involved in our application-driven innovation and digitalisation initiatives and programmes.
The intern will gain exposure to one or more of the following:

• Health, Safety and Environment activities.
• Participate, support and observe day-to-day plant operations and maintenance works at respective plants.
• Identify and conduct research to determine feasibility of potential plant improvement projects.
• Involve in preparation of commercial proposal, support in financial modelling for potential and actual tenders.
• Support in translation of value-based innovation into commercial application to generate business value.
• Involve in preparation of technical materials and on-site study of projects.
• Assist in preparation of various management/technical documents in project execution.
• Involve in application-driven innovation and digitalisation initiatives and programmes.

The intern will gain one or more of the following learning outcomes:

• Gain hands-on experience and insights to the operations of plants.
• Gain commercial experience.
• Apply and connect academic theories with real-time applications.
• Be guided on-the-job by experienced engineers and professionals in completing structured assignments.
• Participate in Keppel Infrastructure’s group-wide innovation, social and leadership activities, as well as whole of Keppel Group.
• Crystallize and present key learnings to KI's Management, sharing own views on given discussion topics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Accountancy, Computing/Computer Science.
• Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
