The new i12 Katong, Keppel Land’s wholly-owned retail mall, has just celebrated its grand opening, following major asset enhancement works that commenced in early 2020. The leasing department's key roles are improve the occupancy of mall and work closely with tenants on day to day business operation issues.
The intern will be responsible in:
1. Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market.
2. Research on new retail format and initiatives.
3. Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion.
4. Cold calls and arrangement for prospect meetings.
5. Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings.
6. Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Positive attitude with outspoken personality.
2. Able to speak and write well.
3. Analytical and critical thinking skills, good in number.
4. Studying a degree in Real Estate / Business (Marketing).
