JOB DESCRIPTION
This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in investor reporting and computing financial returns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with property managers, valuers and consultants to calculate costs and drive returns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support divestment activities and produce financial projections for potential sales. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn the process of asset management from the time of acquisition till divestment of assets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Opportunity to apply ESG concepts to buildings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to managing assets in different jurisdictions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Real Estate undergraduate with strong writing and numeric skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in excel and powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player who can communicate well with external partners and consultants.
