It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Communication Management intern at i12 Katong. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the retail business in an ever-changing world. You will be a key member of our team, supporting us in various communication management tasks and initiatives, for example: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote retail initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media platforms, newsletters, and website. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns to drive customer engagement and awareness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to provide insights for communication strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain practical experience in communication management within a real estate environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop skills in content creation, event planning, and social media management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn how to leverage communication strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interest in technology, real estate, and retail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-centric mindset with a passion for designing solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and can-do attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in communication management, retail, or related fields is a plus.
