JOB DESCRIPTION
The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support investment and asset management related initiatives within Keppel OneDC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct DC related research and analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the portfolio management side of DC in relation to the sustainability drives. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain insights into the DC and Tech sectors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop greater understanding of real world considerations in investments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of investment, asset management and portfolio management across both private and listed platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate with a specialisation in Real Estate/Tech/Finance related fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and be an active team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment, with an eagerness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technologically savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
