JOB DESCRIPTION

OneInfra is the infrastructure arm of Keppel FM & IM, a leading fund manager in Asia Pacific with an Asset Under Management of approximately c.S$50 billion. OneInfra manages three key investment vehicles with a total Asset Under Management of c.S$9 billion: Keppel Core Infrastructure, Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) and Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund (KAIF), which cover core, core plus and value add strategies. The OneInfra investment team is responsible for sourcing and executing investments for all the 3 infrastructure investment strategies. It aims to grow Keppel FM & IM into the premier infrastructure fund manager in Asia Pacific. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide industry and market research on sectors and countries including monitoring of sector and economic trends in the infrastructure space. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and evaluate investment pipeline alongside the investment team from early screening of potential opportunities, internal approval, due diligence to investment and post-closing monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze financial statements; operate and refine financial models. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team on any ad-hoc project and tasks. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain a strong understanding of the investment life cycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deepen understanding of the due diligence required for infrastructure investments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop in-depth knowledge of various financial products such as debt and equity in infrastructure investments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with specialization in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical expertise in engineering is an advantage but not required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self motivated and mature team player with the ability to work across functional teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office Suite.
