This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The work will encompass masterplanning and architecture, and integration of sustainable urban solutions into the project. The intern is to be able to carry these tasks : \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out basic simulation / design feasibility \xe2\x80\x93 to be able to carry out 3d massing study (rendering not critical). Understanding of GPR and floor plans is necessary. Intern will be guided to be able to carry out massing study based on internal key parameters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in preparation of presentation materials, documentations, etc to internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out research on development issues such as URA requirements, benchmark study, etc. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of how a project is incepted. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of integration of architecture, planning and sustainability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year ungraduate studying pursuing a degree with relevance in Real Estate, Planning, Achitecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to learning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have general understanding of real estate and sustainable solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to integrate well to new team environments on exciting projects.
