This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market. Research on new retail format and initiatives. Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion. Cold calls and arrangement for prospect meetings. Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings. Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation.
