It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research on new retail format and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cold calls and arrangement for prospect meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation.
